Gesauto is an online management software for vehicle inspection centres, designed and developed by Gobox Lda, a Portuguese company specialised in custom software solutions. It is specifically aimed at Vehicle Inspection Bodies and is designed to make the entire management process simpler, more efficient, and fully integrated.

+ Web Platform (Cloud-Based)

Gesauto is a cloud-based application, accessible via the internet on any device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).

It does not require powerful hardware at the inspection centre, as all processing and storage take place securely on the platform’s servers.

 -  Inspection registration and scheduling (with automatic data entry, email/SMS notifications, and multiple billing options).

 -  Inspection recording and processing (results display, photo uploads, notes, and defect records directly in the system).

 -  Automatic printing of certificates, invoices, and other related documents.

+ Resource Management

 - Staff: Profiles, roles, permissions, training records, activity history, medical files, and communication with authorities such as IMT/IPAC.

 - Equipment: Definition of types and brands, maintenance and calibration management, history tracking, and calibration deadline notifications.

 - Suppliers and correspondence: Document storage, evaluations, and detailed reporting.

The software generates analytical reports and management dashboards, such as:

 - Inspections by type/category

 - Failure rates

 - Inspector performance

 - Statistics by centre or client
